Restoration done by well known Mark Johnson of Terrasol Restoration in St. Peter, MN. This is my wifes family's original cabin which I salvaged. Size was 13x15, but I sorta got carried away. Salavaged a second cabin and parts of four others. Worked with Mark and developed the attached floorplan. Work was done winter of 06'/07' and has been stored in our barn since then. Have also salvaged four barns and have 1000's of board feet of vintage lumber all denailed and power washed. Cabin is ready to build and structual lumber is avialable if you need. Asking $45,000.
